Shipping & Tracking Information
A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders, and the total will be calculated automatically at checkout. We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and products are typically dispatched from various warehouses across the country. While most orders leave our facilities within the time indicated on the product page, we strive to ship from the warehouse closest to your location. Please note that not all of our warehouses provide tracking numbers automatically. If tracking is available, it will be posted online. If your product does not arrive within the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us via phone or email for updates.
Expedited Shipping
Opting for expedited shipping methods such as 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air does not guarantee delivery within that specific time frame. Please refer to the “usually ships within” section on the product page for estimated processing times. Keep in mind that we require time to process orders. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Refunds will not be issued for delays in these shipping methods.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the choice to either cancel the order or wait for the product to become available. While we make every effort to keep backorder information updated on our site, occasional errors may occur.
Returns
Most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, circuit boards, special-order parts, stove venting, custom-cut gaskets, and select electronics are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us via phone or email for instructions. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be prepaid, include a tracking number, be unused, and returned in the original packaging and in resellable condition. We do not reimburse any return shipping fees. All returned items will be tested, and if they are not in working order, no refund will be issued. You have 30 days from the date the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued to return the product. Items returned without an RMA or to the incorrect address will incur a 30% restocking fee. Orders that are refused upon delivery will also be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests must be made within a limited window before the order is processed.
Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. If a return is sent without proper documentation or an RMA number, or if it is sent to the incorrect address, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
